  You call your self a retailer ha Gerry goes out on national TV saying he will beat anyone who dares including the likes of Amazon and you cant even beat the good guys in town The sales person Brad pushed me onto something I didn't want to buy and the Franchisee Luke I think his name was useless what a joke of a store. I was told about there service but still gave it a shot anyways and the rumors are true worst service and price in town.

  Well as a traveller I travel around australia in my van and we hit geraldton and noticed our tv was not working we took it into the local Harvey Norman and that was our first mistake
  
  1st there was no one on the show room floor and I couldnt even get aby service then a person called Brad who smelt like he just had a smoke served me I asked about what they have in 12v tvs and at the time he said they had some in stock great I thought.
  
  2nd the tv price on the ticket was wrong understandable but it was cheaper online brad said he couldnt do the online price due to thats a online only price I asked to see the manager to which he said he was so I asked to see the boss.
  
  3rd A person called luke claming to be the boss of the store came up and wanted to know what the issue was i stated the above first you have no staff to serve anyone 2nd your price is wrong and 3rd your staff member didnt want to honour the online price Luke said that due to being a independent franchisee he did not have to honour the price in regional locations I stated that he was incorrect and If I were to go to the website and buy it online you would be the closest store in town and would have to give me the stock to which he said he can refuse online orders?!?!
  
  this is the point I walked out of the store the staff member brad was probably doing what the incompetent boss told him to say but the franchisee should know better never have I been so annoyed at service in a store let alone a harvey norman what a disgrace I took my business to Mitchell and brown who were happy to honour Harvey Normans price and we continued on our travels Gerry Harvey if you read these which you dont you have lost a lifetime customer due to these actions taking place in this so called store what a disgrace.
