  My dad called Cramer and Neil to check a hot water system at his property in Northampton, they promised him he’d only be charged travel one way as they had another job to do in town. Bloke rocked up charged the system with nitrogen to find a leak, found the problem within half an hour, was on site 45mins at the very most. A few days later he received a bill for $545. He called up about 4 weeks ago to get a price breakdown which they are refusing to send us, when he asked why the bill was so expensive, Cramer and Neil informed him debt collectors have been notified to get their payment.
  
  We have contacted Consumer protection about the matter. Clearly I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone as they lie to their customers and are ridiculously overpriced for the service they provide.

  Not impressed with the decision by Office Staff to decide to charge me double for a pre season service on our evaporative cooler because someone told her our roof was steep. Service took less than 1 hour to complete. Fortunately I queried the extra charge and had it reversed. I wonder how many other people get charged and just pay the bill?

  Got phoned up, out of the blue, to see if we could meet them in Northampton for a quote in 45min as they had a worker standing around. We were in Gero at the time, dropped everything, headed straight up there. Worker beat us up there and we were charged for his time waiting for us to get up there. We were only 15min behind him. He had a quick look, did a bit of tinkering, all up under 2hrs with travel and we were charged $330!
  We asked for a quote for the aircons to be fixed and another quote for new aircons to be installed instead. Over a week later we got a quote only for new ones to be installed and a bill for something that's still needs fixing or replacing. Out of pocket and no better off. Look somewhere else.

  I have used Cramer & Neill for both service and parts. They are easy and professional to deal with.
  Service side diagnosed a fault with my breezair unit and turned up on time and explained the fault. The charge was reasonable and what I was quoted.
  
  I have also bought new pads and a Direct drive icon 1100W fan motor from the parts department. The prices were cheaper than most other vendors in town or from Perth.They also stock a wide range of parts. Unfortunately they sold the last 1100w motor the day before I called in. However they informed me when the replacement motor arrived. I also didn't have to pay any extra shipping costs, unlike some other vendors who try to do this.

  CandN already in Dongara apprentice came to check system. 3 head units and 1 compressor unit. 3 head units had filters washed by my wife. Apprentice checked compressor unit. Didn't even attach any gauges. Reported system all good. Charged over $550.
  Email query charge, no reply. Informed via text to pay overdue account. Queried bill again, received itemised account showing $120 for each head unit to be cleaned, Plus incidentals.
  Suggest people try elsewhere
