  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Carly Browne in Real Estate for many years. Whilst Carly is new to Activewest she brings with her to the team an incredible knowledge of the RTA, laws and legislation she is a game changer for the real estate industry with her incredible work ethic, ability to manage staff to a high level, pleasant and easy to get along with and brings to the industry so much knowledge and intelligence beyond her years. Landlords and tenants alike along with Staff that will work along side Carly will have all of this to look forward to and are so lucky to have Carly on their team. Carly is my first and only recommendation to anybody looking for a fantastic property management team in Geraldton.

  I have rented from other companies in this town and being a single father of two always got treated horrible they could all learn lots from the whole team at active west. They are extremely professional and a joy every time I have had to speak with anyone form the group they treat you like a human not just a number I look forward to dealing with them in years to come.. keep up the good work you all have my vote as the number one real estate in Geraldton by a long way..

  Sarah the property Manager is pleasant and knows her stuff. If you need to buy or sell Marlene Chauchs can certainly help.Mel the Manager also gets in amongst it. An honest and pleasant crew to deal with.

  The property investment Manager Claire and her team whom I have been dealing with as a long term tenant for almost 5 years off and on has been outstanding. Her professionalism attention to detail and prompt responses has been amazing.
  Coming from a Legal background myself I am very aware of real estate obligations to both the owner and the tenant. Over many years I have dealt with many agents in my business as a Conveyancing Agent which at times resulted in frustration and disappointment at the performance of some Real Estate Agents.
  Active West are a breath of fresh air as to their professionalism commitment and overall performance for all parties.
